Non test element http proxy server saved in jmx file

It it possible to save the http proxy server configuration in the test file
(.jmx), in order to avoid adding it every time you re-open for editing the
test itself?
I record the test plan with the http proxy; i save the test plan and i close
it. When I open the test plan again, the http proxy server that is in the
workbench area is gone. So, if I want to record again, i must add the proxy
server again.
