This proved interesting. It looks like the recorder replaced '80' with the
string "${PORT}" for this parameter value:
<stringProp name="Argument.name">fileName</stringProp>
<stringProp

This is the only URL with this "replaced 80 with a variable"
I will correct it and re-run it to check if this change addresses the
problem
