Category: None Group: v10 Status: Open Priority: 5 Submitted By: Timothy Driscoll (molvisions) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: rods or struts Initial Comment: I would like to be able to select two atoms and connect them with a solid rod. this is indepedent of whether or not the atoms are bonded or within any defined distance of each other. why? I am building a Jmol-based interface to design physical models. many physical models require 'struts' for structural support. up until now, we have used moniter lines as struts, in a special build of RasMol which can render monitors at any thickness (not just dotted). Miguel, is this complicated? maybe I try it myself with a little direction? thanks, tim driscoll ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=379136&aid=905197&group_id=23629 ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net is sponsored by: Speed Start Your Linux Apps Now.
