Hi,
now the ghemical-cgi program seems to work pretty well using a test HTML
form (thanks for the form Miguel!). I have made it available if anyone
wants to try it.
First you have to checkout "mopac7" package from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mopac7/
and compile/install it. Then you should checkout "libghemical" package
from
http://bioinformatics.org/project/?group_id=41
and compile/install also that. Finally here is a patch for libghemical
http://www.uku.fi/~thassine/tmp/
which will add a new directory src/ghemical-cgi into the libghemical tree.
There are Makefiles, source files, and files needed for testing using a
HTML form.
Ok, now I'll go on with the plugin client, but it will probably take many
weeks before it's in any usable shape...
Tommi
