The current cartoons form isn't really very useful because the planar form of the sheets obstructs and distorts the true form of secondary structures such as beta barrell rolls ie 1gfl - makes the barrell appear alot smaller and encroaches on the helix within the barrell - not really any good for showing these structural elements. So solid ribbons, and solid ribbons with arrow heads (like in Rasmol) would be brilliant !! pretty much top off what is already an excellent application. There are some external forces that are preventing me from implementing this at the present time. I hope to be able to work on it during March. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=379136&aid=896354&group_id=23629 ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: Oracle 10g Get certified on the hottest thing ever to hit the market...
