I think that we need to do something other than using simple double quotes.
These things will contain embedded newlines. Therefore, we need to have some delimiter that ends the file. Something like
loadInline MOLECULAR MODEL DATA GOES HERE ---END--- spacefill off; wireframe on
Or something like that.
