Hi, I have Jmol integrated in my CDK-app and recently updated from CVS. Now I get a StringIndexOutOfBoundsException when I use the "ReaderFactory().createReader()" which I didn't get until I updated to latest Jmol10. I find that Jmol now contains a file "jmol2cdk.jar" containing IO for cdk-molecules, instead of the cdk-*.jar files as before.
How do I rebuild this jmol2cdk.jar? I think it is the source of my problems. I cannot find an ant-script for this in CDK (checked latest in CVS). Cheers!
