Category: Scripting Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: molvisions (molvisions) Assigned to: Miguel (migueljmol) Summary: set hbonds does not respect selected set Initial Comment: hi again :-) I have been working with hydrogen bonds in Jmol. most of the hbond settings respect the selected set when applied; for example, 'color hbonds [color]' and 'hbonds [dia]' only affect the currently selected set of atoms. the 'set hbonds' commands do not behave this way; for example, 'set hbonds backbone' applies to all hbonds irregardless of the selection.
