Rajarshi, I have not updated the CdkJmolAdapter code yet... CDK has gone significant changes in it's API, and I removed this adapter from Jmol CVS. An updated version of this class can be found in Bioclipse's CVS: http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/bioclipse/bc_jmol/src/net/bioclipse/plugins/adapter/cdk/CdkJmolAdapter.java I don't have time right now, to rewrite the original CDK+Jmol article in CDK News for the CVS codes of Jmol and CDK...
