I tried this sometime back, and it did not have the tight integration yet, as it does now! I'm really happy with this plugin now! Ok, I converted the qsar.sf.net project on saturday, and was able to: File -> New Project -> Java Project pick the QSAR dir as usual, and the subclipe plugin autodetected the SVN details, and things were set. One last thing... while the conversion is automized by SourceForge, when giving the migrate request one gets in a queue and it takes 1-3 hours to get started, and then some extra time depending on the CVS size. Overall, I think we can have it done in one working day. Miguel, what's your position on moving the SVN?
