Right now (with 10.x.05) you just issue the isosurface command to display a valid isosurface, and if you look in the Java console, the file will be there -- just cut and paste. I know that's not optimal. We have to think of some better ways. Probably:
getproperty jmolVoxelFile
I had been planning on asking Miguel about the idea of "slices" through a cube file, i.e. a color mapped slice at a constant value (x, y or z). This should be a small (and hopefully easy) extension of existing functions. Would this be possible with the jvxl files?
