Well, things need to be done also in the src directory. Yesterday, I put
in 10.9 some modifications I made in 10.3:
- r5029: Fixing bug in FaH reader.
- r4944, r4945: hbonds calculate in the popup menu
- r4931, r4932: Fixing link to the wiki in the menu

I think that other modifications are in the same situation: done in 10.3
and not yet in 10.9
We should use the list I have made [1] :
- for modifications that are already in 10.9: mark them as ALREADY DONE
- for modifications that are not in 10.9 but should be: reapply the
change in 10.9 and mark them as DONE
- for modifications that are not in 10.9 and shouldn't be: remove them
from the list or mark them as NOT TO BE DONE or UNNECESSARY

I will keep checking the modifications I made, but could the other
contributors (Bob, Egon, Miguel, Paul, ...) do the same for their
modifications ?
Miguel probably doesn't have time, so I will also start looking at his
modifications.

Nico
