The directory containing the help is not added to the project until 
build.xml builds it. So there's no file to open in Eclipse. It starts as 
XML and first gets processsed by the DocBook system on its way to HTML . 
It would be good to get the webExport help integrated into the DocBook, 
but that could be a major project. I don't know.
