Summary: 11.3.32 - Rocket coloring problem

Initial Comment:
I noticed a sometimes strange coloring of rockets in Jmol 11.3.32 compared to
Jmol 11.3.15.

Although it is not clear to me what the exact conditions are, I have found a
reproducible way to provoke this problem with PDB entry 1A36:

After loading the following URL
http://www.fli-leibniz.de/cgi-bin/3d_mapping.pl?CODE=1a36&JMOLVERSION=11.3.32

enter the following 2 command sets in the script input section:

1) select all; cartoon off; rockets on; color rockets grey;

2) set display selected; select SCOP_px15715; cartoon off; rockets on; color
rockets cyan;

After set 1 all rockets are grey as expected. But after set 2 one of the
selected alpha helices is still colored grey while only the other one is
colored cyan.

If you do the same using Jmol 11.3.15 with the following URL
http://www.fli-leibniz.de/cgi-bin/3d_mapping.pl?CODE=1a36&JMOLVERSION=11.3.15

both selected alpha helices are colored cyan as expected.

(Definition of SCOP_px15715:
define SCOP_px15715 (641-712:A) & not solvent; )

If you enter only comand set 2) in Jmol 11.3.32 both selected helices are
colored cyan.
