Have you tried right-click on build.xml  Run as...  ant build...    (The 
... is important here)
Target execution order needs to be "clean,main". Mine has been messed up 
for months, so I can't even remove the "clean" from that. I just decided 
it was probably a good idea to do a clean build everytime anyway. I 
don't know about the "remove build files" option in some popup.
