Hi everyone,
Sorry to bother you all with such an inane question, but I have been trying
to integrate Jmol in a Java application and can't find the example
Integration.java anywhere (the links to sourceforge are all dead, as far as
I can tell). All I really want to do is have a JPanel (or similar Swing
component) that allows me to view a molecule/crystal given a file name
linking to a .cif or .xyz file. That way I can put the viewer inside my own
program rather than launching an external Jmol window. Can anyone point me
in the right direction? I've taken a look at the CDK integration but it
seems overly complicated for such a simple task.
