Please note that this message will contain a full copy of the comment thread, including the initial issue submission, for this request, not just the latest update. Category: Scripting Group: v11 Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Jonathan Gutow (gutow) Assigned to: Miguel (migueljmol) Summary: measure command broken in >11.5.46 Initial Comment: The only version of measure that still works in versions 11.5.46 or greater seems to be the measure (integer) (integer)... All the other forms of the command seem to yield no result. When they yield no result they do not generate any console messages. I have not tried running inside a debugger to see if there's a hung thread. 11.5.46 is the oldest 11.5 I have available. The latest I am sure it works is in 11.4. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Jonathan Gutow (gutow) Date: 2008-08-05 15:06 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=401245 Originator: YES The following works in 11.4.6 but not >11.5.46 $measure allconnected (*)(*) most of the examples at http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/examples-11/measure.htm no longer work either. The only one that gives a display is $measure 2 4 5 6 Jonathan ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Date: 2008-08-05 14:10 Message: Logged In: NO I'm not observing this. The following all work for me: measure {atomno=1} {atomno=2} measure {atomno=1} {atomno=2} {atomno=3} measure (atomno=1) (atomno=3) (atomno=5) Can you be more specific?
