Summary: Sulfur/Sulphur consistency

Initial Comment:
This minor patch ensures that sulfur/sulphur is consistently spelt as in the 
IUPAC Red Book throughout the interface. It doesn't break scripting as both 
sulfur and sulphur can still be used.
