The main problem is that AFAIK there's no way to tell in a .po file that a
text doesn't need to be translated because it's already correctly translated
in a previous .po file. So, most people prefer to use the same translation
so that the text doesn't appear as untranslated in the .po file, otherwise
it's difficult to find texts that really need to be translated.
