Hi, We have a question about drawing planes on molecule in jmol.
We've managed to draw planes in molecule that are perp one to another (90
degrees between planes):
jmolCheckbox("draw plane0_disk width 4.4 cylinder {0.0000 0.0000 0.0300}
{0.0000 0.0000 -0.0300} color translucent orange fixed ","draw plane0_disk
delete ", "av(1)");
jmolCheckbox("draw plane1_disk width 4.4 cylinder perp {0.0000 0.0000
0.0300} {0.0000 0.0000 -0.0300} color translucent pink fixed " , "draw
plane1_disk delete", "av(2)");
but we can't manage to draw planes with 60/120 degrees between planes, like
shown in attached pic.
Can you please advice us how to do it?
Thanks,
Yael and Ira.
