Jonathan,

I have to say that in this case I do like the idea of the popup menu item.
It will only show for the signed applet and the application, but that will
be very cool. Go to the PDB site or some other site using the signed applet,
and in a flash have a copy of the exact view you see there on your hard
drive. How cool is that?

Ah -- I see I have a bug there, though...

write ?.jmol

does not work, and

write test.jmol

does not call up a dialog.
