Good news -- not a problem in Jmol 11.9. So, Tzontonel, please try Jmol
11.9.23. The next release of Jmol 11.8, but until then, you can do this with
Jmol 11.9.

If it's important to use the files you already have, just edit them,
replacing all "}" characters with " }" (space, right-brace).

The bug in Autodesk -- please DO inform them -- is a misinterpretation of
the VRML 2.0 specifications. In VRML 2.0 all *unnecessary* white space may
be removed. The case in point is white space after a reference term:


 blah { .. .. .. USE XXX}

Whoever programmed Autodesk forgot that white space is NOT necessary before
the closing } because "}" is not an allowed reference character. Other
readers recognize that, but not Autodesk.
