In the Jmol application:
1) Open the Jmol popup menu by right-clicking on the background
or left-clicking on the "Jmol" text in the lower right corner
2) Select menu entry "Style -> Stereographic -> Red+Cyan glasses"
In the Jmol applet there is an additional menu level if you open
the menu by left-clicking on the "Jmol" text:
Main Menu -> Style -> Stereographic -> Red+Cyan glasses
