Summary: jaguar .out frequency frame numbering

Initial Comment:
In version 11.8, I can open a Jaguar .out file and visualize frequencies, if
they were calculated. It appears that frame 1 is a static image while frame 2
is the lowest frequency calculation. In my opinion, frame 1 should be the
lowest frequency vibration---there is no need for a static vibration frame.

In version 12.0, I can't really tell what order the frames are in, except that
by eye, frame 8 seems to correlate to the lowest frequency vibration...

Message:
The design intentionally includes a "preview" frame with no vibration so
that you don't have to turn vibration on and off all the time.

The top menu item should list all the models with frequency details, so
that is how you would know. Perhaps this particular Jaguar calculation also
included an optimization. That would explain the initial non-vibration
models.

If you think it's a problem, please send a sample file that I can test
with 11.8 and 12.0 to see the difference.
