However, when a small portion of this is at the edge of an alpha helix, the cartoon rendering is interrupted (see snapshot) to draw the arrowhead of the alpha and then start the ribbon of the 3_10. It would be better to avoid the arrow in the first helix stretch when it is followed by another helix stretch.
