If Jmol is still using the same vecmath implementation as the CDK (which it used to), then the code is even in the public domain... Oh, and the vecmath is part of the Jmol jar, so that was ruled out, so it must indeed be a conflicting implementation with higher priority on the classpath. Egon -- Dr E.L.
