Summary: lcaoCartoons sp2 Oxygen representations

Initial Comment:
For example in carbon dioxide, lcaoCartoons create "lpa" produces no lobes,
lcaoCartoons create "sp2a" produces a single lobe 180 degrees to bond,
lcaoCartoons create "sp3a" produces lobes at expected but molecularly
incorrect positions.

Message:
the symmetry is that of an alkyne, not an allene. There is no "sp2" aspect
to CO2. Likewise, it's not clear at all what one should use for the "lone
pair" there.

All the data continuously generated in your IT infrastructure
contains a definitive record of customers, application performance,
security threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this
data and makes sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
