I don't get an error got. When another user login in on the same computer it runs just fine. Only one user can not open the console. So my question is Are there maybe some user settings that prevent the console from opening or is something else going wrong ? We are currently on 12.2!!! Your problem sounds totally unrelated to Jmol. Must be something in your system.
