Hello, Nunzio. Sounds great. Take a look at a few of the example files in
jmol/trunk/Jmol/examples. Basically you would embed Jmol in your Java
application and work with it via the JmolViewer interface. I'm presuming
you are looking at using a visualization, not just Jmol's molecular data
processing capabilities? Either way, it shouldn't be too hard to make this
work. Let us know how it goes and if you need any help. The
[email protected] list is the one to use.
