Jonathan, I think this is all set. It was way simpler than I thought; no
need for PJA. At least, it's working on my computer:

I just checked in a minor change that enabled JPG creation; PNG creation is
already there. Please try this.
1) Use JmolData.jar, not Jmol.jar
2) use java -Djava.awt.headless=true
3) Check that note about Linux if it doesn't work.
