One thing we will need is documentation of the new javascript object method, but I don't mean to say you should do it. If we intend users to abandon Jmol.js a detailed doc is needed. I haven't still figured out exactly what is the way to use this new object-based method. (Maybe my neural circuits are now hardcoded for Jmol.js, I don't find the new method easy to attack ;) Also, I have had no need for the change yet.) I started by documenting the list of files in the wiki, but we still lack the definition and examples of how to start a fresh page with applet. Great work, Bob.
