I didn't expect a dependency on a specific file, because the command worked with the same file in an SVN build of 13.1.10 and I wasn't really aware of the file modification (see below). The file is the asymmetric unit file of PDB entry 1DEH, with 4 small extra models inserted before the 'MASTER' line: http://jenalib.fli-leibniz.de/cgi-bin/idb_send.pl?CODE=1deh&MODE=complete-asymmetricSNP-DIFFRACTION&MIME=HTML ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Bob Hanson (hansonr) Date: 2013-02-15 10:25 Message: please try http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/Jmol-13.zip and let me know if the problem persists. If so, I'll need to know the PDB ID or get the offending file itself. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=379133&aid=3604846&group_id=23629 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Go Parallel Website, sponsored by Intel - in partnership with Geeknet, is your hub for all things parallel software development, from weekly thought leadership blogs to news, videos, case studies, tutorials, tech docs, whitepapers, evaluation guides, and opinion stories.
