[13.1.14_dev] with set dragSelected ON I can with ALT-LEFT translate the molecule which includes my selection
with set allowRotateSelected ON I can with ALT-LEFT (for translation I now need SHIFT-ALT-LEFT) rotate just my selection I would like to rotate/translate (via the mouse) just my selection even if it is not a whole molecule. Currently this seems not possible and also inconsistent.
