Dear Developers,
I wonder if there is a way or command to refresh the display of a model when
the coordinates are changed. I am interested in display a model dynamically
whose coordinates are changed probably every second.
I have tried to clear cache before reload the model, but apparently, Jmol
memorizes the initial molecular information and the display of the model does
not change at all, although the coordinates have already been changed.
Is there a way for jmol to handle my problem?
