I am familiar with the "invisible atoms" problem on Mac. (This is one of the bugs which I filed with Apple 5 months ago.) Go into Edit -> Preferences -> Display tab and uncheck the box that says "Graphics2D" The next release of Jmol will automatically turn off Graphics2D when it detects a Mac. An important part of applet support is communications between JavaScript (in the HTML world) and Java (in the applet world). For historical reasons this is called LiveConnect. Unfortunately, neither Safari nor Internet Explorer Mac have support for LiveConnect. So you can load the applet, but HTML buttons can't control it. > Hope this feedback is useful. Frankly, stereo viewing has been pretty low on my priority list. But I will give it some thought :) Miguel > Keep up the good work. > > Cheers! -------------------------------------------------- Miguel Howard [EMAIL PROTECTED] c/Pea Primera 11-13 esc dcha 6B 37002 Salamanca Espaa Spain -------------------------------------------------- telefono casa 923 27 10 82 movil 650 52 54 58 -------------------------------------------------- To call from the US dial 9:00 am Pacific US = home 011 34 923 27 10 82 12:00 noon Eastern US = cell 011 34 650 52 54 58 6:00 pm Spain -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.NET email is sponsored by: eBay Great deals on office technology -- on eBay now!
