I have, by necessity, become more flexible in this regard.  since using
Chime forces one to choose from among a small subset of browsers, it's
hard for me to throw stones. ;-)

that assumes they have upgraded to OSX, which some folks are reluctant
to do until it matures a little more.  and there is the cost factor;
upgrading an entire computer lab to OSX, for example, is not quite as
abrupt as going from mac to pc, but it is still a transition.

a 'frozen' Jmol would be nice, IMO, but not worth a huge effort - these
users still have Chime.  but if it's just a matter of starting a
dead-end branch of the code, it might be useful.
