I have seen some websites where people are putting JmolApplet.jar in every directory.
I also received a question about how to specify where the JmolApplet.jar file was located.
So I (somewhat arbitrarily) decided that it was good to make it explicit.
If there are lots of complaints then we can relax that constraint in the future.
