Q: I assume that IE 5.1 on Mac OS 9 does not support LiveConnect
communications between JavaScript and Java applets ... please confirm.

Q: Is there any Java Applet support under Mozilla 1.2 on OS 9?

I put a lot of energy into making sure that the JmolApplet runs on
Netscape 4.7 on OS 9.

However, performance is so poor and I ran into so many problems that I
consider it an 'unsupported' platform.
