I would appreciate it if you posted the results of looking at that "zipped" material. I am having very similar problems with 19, buttons that do not interact with jmol at all do not work, or they work and buttons that interact do not.

I am getting very different behavior on each system.
Mozilla Linux works fine. IE/Win32 puts up a JavaScript message saying stack overflow, but then works OK Netscape 7.2/Win32 only randomly applies the 'Show H'/'Hide H' buttons.
On my Safari the 'Hide H' button never works, but the others seem to work
immediately.
Zip this up and send it to me offlist.
