To ensure that you are using this JVM check the output to the Java
Console. Jmol will write out the vendor and version at the top.

Unfortunately, I do not think that is the problem. I only recommended that
you say 'yes' instead of 'always' so that it will ask you every time ...
to ensure that you are running the signed applet.

To delete the certificate on Win32:

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Java Plug-in -> Certificates ->
Signed Applet -> (select Jmol) Remove
