Yes, I used the one you send me. But after some time while developing
the new file started causing a few problems. The Jmol applet was
notinited. Then I went back to my old Jmol.js (version 10,  *
$Revision: 1.28 $), and made the same change in function
jmolScript(script, targetSuffix) after reading through the one you
send me. I am attaching my Jmol.js which i am using (with your
changes).
