[Jmol-users] Restricting residues

Hi all,

I am new to this lists and dont know what should I give to get the correct solutions.

I am developing an application in java I issue a script command "restrict within (5.0,residueNo)". So what will be displayed is the atoms within 5 ang of radius of residue specified by residueNo.

But my problem is I have to display the complete residues of the atoms displayed. I want a java program to do it.

Is there anyway of doing this? I am also ready to modiy a part of Jmol code. I want to know what should I look for and where.
