Here are a few more suggestions:
set (lighting and perspective) e.g., ambient etc-- it would be very helpful to include what the default setting is for each of these.
set monitor ON/OFF
"Turns on and off the distance, angle, dihedral measurement monitor."
change to
Turns on and off the distance, angle, dihedral measurement labels, while leaving the moinitor line itself present.
'set monitor xxx' info should IMO be included under the 'monitor' entry. This info is currently under 'set visibility'. In the 'see also' section there is a link to the current location of this info namely under 'set visibility', but there are so many 'see also' entries that it is hard to find. And finally it is unrelated to the description of what 'set visibility' is (This command group turns on or off specific sets of atoms and axes/cell-related options).
set debugscript ON/OFF is currently listed under 'set (highlights)' ... ? perhaps deserves a category of its own?
'color group' and color settings such as 'color [object] xxx' are missing. I can write up descriptions for these if that would be helpful, just don't have time right now-- could do over the weekend and send to you.
