I guess, you will need http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/UploadMechanism. Or alternatively create a directory via SSH-access and upload the images there. Then make this directory available via Apache conf/.htaccess. Both possibilities could(!) have security issues. Read the phpwiki-guides carefully, before you enable an upload-plugin.
