To me, spinning state is more of a page design issue than a molecule-
specific issue. That's why I suggested to have it applet-associated.
Anyway, not critical in any of the two options, one can make sure to
set it.

I tend to get confused about which options are retained in the applet
when a new molecule is loaded and which ones are not. I had the idea
that the "set" commands were applet-persistent, but I have realized
this is not so. We could try and compile a list of such features.
E.g.: background, bondMode, disablePopupMenu, hideNameInPopup,
labelOffset, perspectiveDepth, ...
