Hi Bob, I didn't realize that JmolAppletProto.jar was needed, but that has now been downloaded to the proper directory.
However, my problem remains the same. I put a "test jmolGetPropertyAsArray" link on the following page: http://molmovdb.org/cgi-bin/motion-viewer.cgi?ID=f805267-29412 If you can take a glance at it I think you will probably find a silly mistake in two seconds flat. However so far my efforts to figure out how to do this properly have been in vain.
