Further question: on the test page when you issue this command, the resulting surface has rounded "bumps". When I do it locally, the surface is "pointy" instead of rounded. 


The surfaces really do come out looking different, even using exactly the same file (1mbo.cif). to see this, compare the surface generated at the test page,
under the category "isosurface select(xxx) ignore(not xxx) sasurface"

with the one generated by clicking the first button at

Now granted I am using 10.9.70 and the test page is using 10.9.72, but when I click the link on the test page to get to the newest version, I am only offered 10.9.71, not 72. Also, I saw the same difference when the test page was using 10.9.70.

So, why do they come out differently?
