Hi
I barely know anything about PHP, but on the javascript business I
would say that you must pass to jmolLoadInline the data, not the
PARAM tag
i.e., instead of
var mol =<?php
if ($data['molfile'])
echo '\'<param name="loadInline" value="' . preg_replace("/\n/",
"|",$data['molfile']) . '">\';';
?>
I would say
var mol =<?php
if ($data['molfile'])
echo '\' . preg_replace("/\n/", "|",$data['molfile']) . '\'
?>
(I'm not sure about the quotes, but I hope you get my point)
The other point is that
> and now the applet doesn't come up. Before editing the <script> bits
> I took out the ; the apple still said no atoms loaded. :(
it is not the same "the applet doesn't load" than "no atoms are
loaded", which means that the applet has loaded but the model has not
(which agrees with my hypothesis above of incorrect string).
