So I've been playing with the code, I'm pretty sure that it should work.
So I loaded a page from the JMOL website the cyclopropane caffeine demo
page. In caffeine I removed the variable and pasted in my JME mol file
from my database. (http://metlin.scripps.edu/htdocs-new/test.html). When
I load the page it says unrecognized file format for file string. So I
think JME makes different mol files from a normal MOL file?
Anyway I going to use 'molconvert' to convert my mol files into mol
files so that JMOL can read them. Any comment would be great and
otherwise I hope it helps anyone else using JME.
