Hello Ravi I am quite sure you cannot do what you want to.
First I thought of loading the file twice, but that works by Jmol assigning frame numbers too, so it won't work. If you have a fixed idea of which are your reference models, you could join them into one by editing the SD file. Actually, you could edit and join ALL models into one, convert the result into PDB (using Accelrys Discovery Studio, or OpenBabel) and label each original model with a residue number. That way you get full control over which "residue" is being shown. Quite a lot of manual work though; if you have many files, that won't be easy. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
